Personal Profile

Tim Millman focuses his practice on employment and business litigation.  Tim’s broad range of experience includes representing companies before federal and state trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels throughout the country, on everything from single plaintiff administrative complaints to complex class actions.  Tim represents companies in matters involving Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, LMRA, USERRA, ERISA, Section 1981, work comp retaliation, wage and hour laws, privacy laws, and other state and federal employment-related laws.  Tim also counsels and advises clients on internal investigations and separations of employment.

In addition, Tim has significant experience representing manufacturers and distributors in franchise related matters and other clients in matters involving product liability, deceptive trade practices, and unfair competition issues. Tim has tried cases in multiple state and federal courts across the country.

Tim is always available to his clients. He believes in understanding his client’s business needs and dedicating himself to achieving the best possible results for his clients in an efficient and timely manner.

Tim began his practice at a large international law firm in 1995 and later joined Berkowitz Oliver in 1997, during its inaugural year. Tim enjoys spending his free time with his family, exercising, and working outdoors.
