David Oliver Receives ArtsKC’s Virtuoso Award
David Oliver was honored by ArtsKC with the Virtuoso Award on March 8, 2018, at that organization’s annual Awards Luncheon. ArtsKC is a nonprofit organization serving the five-county region surrounding Kansas City: Clay, Platte and Jackson in Missouri; and Johnson and Wyandotte in Kansas.
