Paralegal LeeAnn Parmenter was named President of the Kansas City Paralegal Association (KCPA) at its annual meeting on September 11, 2018. LeeAnn previously served as First Vice-President of the organization. The KCPA is a non-profit corporation which was incorporated on September 24, 1975.
