Jim Eisenbrandt Elected Secretary of Foundation of the American College of Trial Lawyers
Jim Eisenbrandt has been elected Secretary of the Foundation of the American College of Trial Lawyers. The Foundation is dedicated to improvement in the quality of trial and appellate advocacy, the ethics of the legal profession and the administration of justice. The American College of Trial Lawyers is an invitation only fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds from the United States and Canada.

Berkowitz Oliver was proud to be a sponsor of the 2017 Shields SAFEHOME Youth Soccer Clinic on February 20, 2017. The successful event provided 77 youth with the opportunity to interact with NFL Hall of Fame member Will Shields, receive coaching from FC Kansas City and Comets players, and learn about healthy relationships from SAFEHOME’s Education staff. SAFEHOME’s Education and Prevention Program provides school and community-based outreach to teach young people about teen dating violence, sexual assault, and healthy relationships.
