Carson Hinderks Elected Partner at Firm

Berkowitz Oliver LLP elevated Carson Hinderks to partner effective January 1, 2024. Carson joined the firm in 2016 after serving as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Daniel D. Crabtree of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Carson graduated magna cum laude from Colorado State University, and from the University of Kansas School of Law where he served as Note and Comment Editor for the Kansas Law Review.

At Berkowitz Oliver, Carson’s practice focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation and white collar defense matters. He also has significant experience within the energy industry. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in Missouri and Kansas.
