Braden Lefler Joins Firm as Associate
Braden Lefler recently joined Berkowitz Oliver as an associate. Braden is a 2020 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law. He also graduated from Wichita State University in 2017. Braden served as a judicial clerk for the Tenth Judicial District Court for the Civil Division. Braden currently is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Kansas School of Law where he coaches students competing in the National Labor and Employment Moot Court Competition.
While in law school, Braden served as Publications Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. He was also a member of the Moot Court Council.
His practice at the firm will focus on commercial litigation and employment law.
