Berkowitz Oliver Obtains Complete Summary Judgment for Ford

On February 21, Judge Wimes in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri granted Ford summary judgment as to all five of the plaintiff’s employment-related claims under the Employment and Reemployment Rights of Members of the Uniformed Services Act and state law.
