Associate Alex DeMasi Joins Firm
Alex DeMasi recently joined Berkowitz Oliver as an associate. Alex is a 2017 graduate of Creighton University School of Law. While in law school, he served as Executive Editor of the Creighton International and Comparative Law Journal, and graduated Order of the Barrister. He also graduated from Creighton University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Alex is a skilled litigator with experience in state and federal courts across the country. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Kansas and Missouri and is a graduate of the 2018-2019 KCMBA Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy. He is admitted to the bars of Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska. Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked at an AmLaw 100 firm in Kansas City with a focus on employment litigation, business disputes, and the defense of catastrophic injury claims.
At Berkowitz Oliver, Alex focuses his practice on business disputes, competitor litigation/deceptive trade practices, and employment counseling and litigation.
