Berkowitz Oliver partners Tim Millman and Nick DiVita won a jury verdict for client Ford Motor Company in federal court in Chicago on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. The plaintiff in the case claimed he was discharged in retaliation for seeking workers’ comp benefits and sought millions in alleged damages.
