Carson Hinderks Joins Berkowitz Oliver

Carson Hinderks joined Berkowitz Oliver as an associate attorney on September 12. Carson is a graduate of Colorado State University, College of Business, with a B.S. in Business Administration, and the University of Kansas School of Law. After law school, he spent four years representing businesses and private individuals in state and federal energy and public utility matters at a law firm in Overland Park, Kansas. Most recently, he was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Daniel D. Crabtree, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. Carson will focus his practice at Berkowitz Oliver on commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and internal investigations.
