Berkowitz Oliver attorneys Solana Flora and Ben Carr were sworn as members of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri on Friday, September 2, 2016.
Solana comes to Berkowitz Oliver from Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago, IL. A native of the Kansas City area and graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, she clerked for the Hon. Carol A. Beier on the Kansas Supreme Court. Her practice primarily focuses on business litigation and intellectual property matters.
