Lauren Tallent Elected Partner at Firm
Berkowitz Oliver LLP elevated Lauren Tallent to partner effective January 1, 2023. Lauren joined the firm in 2019 after beginning her legal career in Virginia, where she graduated magna cum laude from Washington & Lee School of Law in 2011. While in law school, she was the Lead Articles Editor for the Washington & Lee Law Review. She then served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Mark S. Davis, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, before entering private practice.
At Berkowitz Oliver, Lauren’s practice focuses on high-stakes and complex commercial litigation. She was named a Rising Star in business litigation in Virginia from 2015-2019 and in Kansas and Missouri in 2021. Lauren received her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Kansas.
